Getting a Quote

Add the product to your quote request. Just click the "Add to Quote" button, which you'll find in the product catalogue or on the product page itself.

Once you've added everything you need a quote for, click the "My Quote" button in the top right corner to see your quote request.

On the Request for Quote page, enter the quantities you're after and any extra details in the "Remarks" section at the bottom.

Hit "Submit Quote Request" to send it off.

Our Transtek Sales Team will get back to you within one business day. If it's urgent, give us a call.

Items You Can't Order Online

Even after registering, some super complex products can't be ordered online. You can still get a quote for these by clicking "Add to Quote" and then going to our Request for Quote page.

The Transtek Sales Team will then contact you to chat about your needs and finalise everything before putting together a quote.

Availability & Stock

In-Stock Items:

Orders with items shown as in stock will generally be shipped the next business day after we receive your payment.

We'll do our best to ship credit card orders the same day if they're placed before 11:30 AM WST, but we can't guarantee it.

Let us know in the comments section if your order is super urgent, and we'll do what we can to help.

Backorder Items:

Because we have such a massive range of products, we can't keep everything in stock. If your order includes items that aren't currently available, we'll contact you as soon as we've confirmed availability. Most items can be shipped within 2-3 weeks. For Australian orders, we'll cover any extra freight costs for backordered items where possible.

Tax / GST

Australian Orders:

As we mainly deal with businesses, prices on our website don't include Australian GST. This will be automatically added if your delivery address is in Australia. The GST amount will be shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. You can print a valid tax invoice, and we'll also email it to you if you give us your email address when you place your order.

International Orders:

For international customers, our prices are effectively export prices as they don't include any local taxes.

Shipments are subject to customs inspection and any duties and taxes in your country. We pack goods safely for international shipping and provide multiple copies of commercial invoices and packing slips for customs. Prices on customs documents reflect the actual cost of the goods.

Our credit card system uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption, and the Transtek website is fully PCI compliant.

Order Acceptance

Transtek accepts all orders subject to availability from our suppliers. We try our best to keep the information on this site up-to-date, but we can't be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. If we find out about any supply issues or changes to a product, we'll contact you and try to find a solution that works for you.

Shipping Options

Transtek Offers Daily Express Overnight Shipping Australia wide (Some exclusions apply, please call if you have an urgent request)

Pickups can be made from our office.

Our site offers as many shipping options as possible including Free Shipping for some products, depending on where you are. There are some restrictions on shipping items containing lithium-ion batteries. You'll see all the shipping options and costs for your order, based on the weight and size of the items, before you complete checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Your credit card/order won't be charged until you confirm the shipping cost.

*Please note: Some items are bulky or have restrictions (like phones and tablets). Transtek Pty Ltd isn't responsible for shipping estimates and timelines, as we rely on third-party freight companies.
